Courses on Clearance of materials, building structures and areas

In this course, we discuss clearance in a European context. We follow the framework set by the Swedish regulation for clearance, which integrates the requirements of 2013/59/Euratom, EU RP 122 Part 1, and EU RP 113. The course covers the clearance of materials, building structures, and areas.

Effecient clearance of building structures and large materials using a combination of different statistical clearance methods developed through several major clearance projects.

MCSOF is a non-conservative, precise and cost-effective method for the clearance process of contaminated areas. The method is optimal as planning basis as well as proving clearance.

The course covers the most common measurement methods, discusses their limitations, and demonstrates how different techniques and roles can be combined to carry out clearance safely.
